Vendor agrees to abide by all rules/regulations/policies set forth by the rental facility representatives and any additional rules established by the Event Organizer. If the Vendor disregards any of the aforementioned rules/regulations/policies at any given point in time, this would result in immediate termination of contract with no refund. Vendor fees are return in full if the event will not take place on: NOTE PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE AN PAPARAZZI VENDORS WE ONLY TAKE ONE
Vendor fee includes a designated empty space. Other requirements/necessities are the responsibility of the Vendor. Vendor is expected to keep area clean at all times and keep good control over food, merchandise or service being rendered. Vendor should be packed up for departure within 30 minutes of event end time and is expected to leave area used clean and in original condition as found.
Vendor must be 18 years or older and does not include any person under the age of 16 yrs old as a helper or assistant. Event Organizer is not liable for any harm, danger or negligence resulting from Vendor’s food, service or merchandise; Vendor will be held liable for all such issues. Absolutely no alcohol, no smoking, profanity, obscenity or vulgarity allowed. This application must be signed, dated and returned on day of event at vendor check in .
